Entry conditions

All customers and visitors are informed that the personal data provided to the Welcome Department is
protected and covered by the rights set forth in Article 5 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data, which recognizes their right to access, rectify, and erase their data.

Casino Gran Vía provides a copy of the aforementioned article, as well as an information note on the automated processing of your personal data.

• The Gaming Regulations and Catalogue of Games and Betting of the Community of Madrid are
  available.
• Currency exchange is available.
• Cash is mandatory at gaming tables.

Statement

Access to the games room is not permitted for underage children and adults included under the Register of Prohibited Access to Gaming Areas Owned and Managed by the Community of Madrid. (art. 24.1 and 2 Casino Regulations of the Community of Madrid).

Equally the Company reserves the right of admission set out in the terms of article 24 of Law 17/1997 of Recreational Shows and Events of the Community of Madrid (art. 24.3 of Casino Regulations for the Community of Madrid), access remaining prohibited for all those who behave in a violent manner, who cause grievance to the public or game users or who disrupt the use of games, and those who wear clothing or symbols which incite violence, racism or xenophobia.

• You must present your national identity document, passport, motor vehicle
  driver’s license, or Spanish residence card.
• Over 18s only
• No smoking in the building
