Entry conditions

All customers and visitors are informed that the personal data provided to the Welcome Department is
protected and covered by the rights set forth in Article 5 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data, which recognizes their right to access, rectify, and erase their data.

Casino Gran Vía provides a copy of the aforementioned article, as well as an information note on the automated processing of your personal data.

  • Currency exchange is available.
  • Cash is mandatory at gaming tables.

Statement

Access to the gaming room is prohibited to minors and persons of legal age who are included in the Registry of Prohibited Access to Gambling owned and managed by the Community of Madrid (Articles 24.1 and 24.2 of the Madrid Gambling Law 6/2001, of July 3).

The establishment may exercise its right of admission in accordance with the regulations in force in the Community of Madrid regarding Public Performances (Article 24.3 of the Madrid Gambling Law 6/2001, of July 3).

Likewise, the company reserves the right of admission under the terms provided in Article 24 of Law 17/1997, of July 4, on Public Shows and Recreational Activities of the Community of Madrid. Art. 24.2: Access to establishments, public shows, and recreational activities is prohibited for individuals wearing or displaying garments or symbols that incite violence, racism, or xenophobia.

Likewise, casinos may deny access to or eject individuals if they behave violently, inconvenience players, violate the dignity and rights of workers, or disrupt the normal course of gaming or its inherent randomness. (Article 21.2 of the Madrid Casino Regulations, Decree 58/2006, of July 6).

Pursuant to Articles 6 through 69 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, any act of direct or indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on pregnancy or maternity is strictly prohibited.
