Data protection and privacy policy
COMAR INVERSIONES CAPITAL, S.A.U., respects the current legislation on personal data protection, user privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal data, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access.
Data Controller
Personal data will be processed under the responsibility of the commercial company COMAR INVERSIONES CAPITAL, S.A.U, with CIF A-15807951 and registered office at Plaza de la Unesco 1 – Urb. Ciudad Jardín, 28300 Aranjuez (Madrid), a company belonging to the COMAR group of companies.
Categories of data that we process:
The category of data that we process corresponds to:
- Identification data: Name, surname, number and valid and current identity document, photograph, date and place of birth, recorded images and sounds, signature, address, sex, nationality, etc.
- Image data on video surveillance.
- Specially protected data: comparison with self-exclusion lists for gambling, Register of Access Prohibitions to Gambling, etc.
- Contact data: postal address, e-mail, telephone, etc.
- Data related to the prevention of crimes or money laundering: comparison with lists of sanctioned persons in the EU, fraud prevention, etc.
- Banking and financial data: bank cards, bank accounts, reports on financial solvency, source of funds, or any other necessary for compliance with due diligence measures for the purposes of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing
Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data:
a) Based on compliance with the applicable regulations on gaming, anti-fraud, prevention of money laundering, and the financing of terrorism, etc.:

- Hospitality and/or catering event services.
- Obtaining, reproducing, and publishing identifying and audiovisual data of participants in Poker Tournaments for any promotional activity or informational purposes in the media.
- Other data will be collected (photographs, preferences, and other data based on your behavior) for the purpose of creating a customer profile to offer personalized products and services.
- Additionally, and exclusively if you decide to participate in the American roulette table with live broadcast on online channels, TV, or any other medium, data about a part of your image (usually your hands while placing bets) will be collected. This table is clearly marked for the awareness of all casino visitors. The recipient of this image data will be both the system provider, the company “Authentic Gaming Ltd,” C70582, headquartered at 75 Abate Rigord Street, Malta, as well as the online gaming operators that contract the “Live Roulette” product offered by the provider (including the company “Comar Inversiones, S.A.,” with CIF no. A-15422652 and headquarters in Melilla, Calle Conde del Serrallo, number 8, First Floor, Office 4, C.P. 52001).

- Verification of your identity on the online gaming platform www.casinogranvia.es by matching the access control verification and registration carried out at the physical Casino, cross-referencing and processing your data, including sending a copy of your identification document.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for safeguarding the fundamental right to privacy and the protection of your personal data within the COMAR group and ensuring compliance. Data Retention Period
Your personal data obtained through the admission process and the data of exchange transactions carried out at the cashier will be retained for 6 months from the last visit, without prejudice to its subsequent blocking for compliance with applicable regulations and without prejudice to subsequent legal limitation periods for actions.
The remaining personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual or commercial relationship unless you request its deletion or cancellation, without prejudice to the obligation to process your personal data for the legally established periods and the periods of legal prescription.
The data obtained for the purpose mentioned in section c) ii will be stored, for security reasons and in view of possible future claims, for a period of 18 months, in compliance with the provisions of Order EHA/3085/2011, dated November 8.
Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, you may exercise your rights at any time to request access, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, through the following means:

Data Sharing with Third Parties
Personal data will be processed by COMAR and will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party except for:
- Other entities belonging to the Comar Group, which require such access to provide internal services to the establishment, as well as in the case of Group reorganization, including total or partial transfer of assets, merger, acquisition, etc., or in general, any reorganization operation.
- The Comar Group entity holding the online gaming licenses of the platform www.casinogranvia.es for the purpose of verifying user identities and sending identity verification documents.
- IT service providers, hosting consultants, payment platforms and/or gateways, anti-fraud services, security-related service providers, etc., and subject to your consent, for marketing and advertising purposes.
- In compliance with current and applicable regulations, your personal data may be shared with competent authorities and administrations, as well as those required under regulations for the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
- The data controller may also transfer your personal data when required by current regulations, a court ruling, and/or in cases necessary to guarantee, protect, and defend your rights.
